Here's how you can create a career plan that avoids burnout.
What has been a game changer for me - and many of my clients - is that of finding my life’s purpose. We can all find a job but not every job makes us happy and fulfilled. Not every corporate culture is a great match. And not every manager is a great mentor. When you know what you are really good at and love doing. When you flip the script from having a job to “who can I help?” your career narrative will shift from “what’s my next position?” to “what impact do I want to make in this world and who can I work with?” I wished my parents and teachers would have given me this advice when I was young. Own your dream. Believe in yourself. Seek advice not other people’s opinions. And know it’s okay only to serve those who respect you.

What are the most effective ways to minimize fear in your decision-making process?
The most effective and fastest way to become a more successful decision-maker is to understand what type of decision-maker you want to be. Some people may be successful at discovering this themselves. Others reach out for help. Once you have clarity who you want to be and the impact you want to create, it’s time to discover what’s holding you back. Fear of standing out? Fear of not being worthy of success? Fear of not being liked? What I know is that this clarity work you cannot do yourself. That’s why you’re stuck. Find an coach, advisor or a mentor who wants to set you up for unlimited success

How can you develop intuition to enhance your creativity?
Meditation helps me find inner peace, tap into my inner knowing and choose what’s best for me. I mix meditation with personalised affirmations, visualisation and journaling which helps me stay focused on what I truly desire AND dump all limiting beliefs that prevent me from stepping into my greatness. Start small, commit daily to build your muscle. One day at a time.

What are some ways to approach difficult tasks?
One thing I practice myself and teach my clients is whenever you feel overwhelmed, leave the task you are working on. When you’re ready to progress, ask yourself these questions: - what is the first baby step I could take? - am I focusing on what’s essential? - why do I do this task? - who will benefit from this? - if this task doesn’t light me up, what needs to change
