Chief Corporate Officer

As Chief Corporate Officer of TELUS International, I am committed to creating and fostering a world-leading corporate culture as a key differentiator in our industry, and leading strategic growth initiatives to further enable and enhance service excellence for the top brands we serve.

I joined TELUS in 2009 and feel privileged to serve our growing global team every day and to be part of an innovative organization where amazing team member experiences create equally amazing customer experiences. My team brings together key parts of our business that touch our people, from marketing and branding, to facilities and real estate, to talent acquisition, retention and development, to corporate social responsibility. I’m privileged to be part of an inspired team that brings our unique and caring culture to life for the benefit of our clients and the communities where we operate, each and every day.

Previously, I have held senior positions with the University of British Columbia, BC Transit, Rogers Cable, and Rogers Wireless, which have provided a breadth of experience across HR and other corporate functions in large, diverse, customer-focused organizations. This includes supporting mergers, acquisitions, and periods of significant growth and cultural change – a history that has prepared me for the role I have today.

I live in Vancouver with my husband and two children where I also obtained my Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Science in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of British Columbia. I am passionate about supporting the unique needs of the community through funding of local, grassroots charitable initiatives. I am also a member of the President’s Group for Inclusion and Employment, helping bring to fruition a vision for British Columbia to become the most progressive jurisdiction in Canada for people with disabilities.
