2 years agoI've made 5, 4 with the added ruffled skirt and 1 without. The white one is getting lengthened for a christening gown. All made using Caron simply soft because it's such a soft yarn for babies, light, washable and best of all ice drape is gorgeous with it. Thanks for always providing wonderful patterns and having the support to go with it. I watched each and every time mikey's video (the crochet crowd) while I hooked along with him. The camo and orange one was my first project that wasn't just a dishcloth too! Thanks so much! Barb Turcotte AKA knotty yarniesHelpful?Clarity of Pattern, 5.0 out of 5 -

a year ago1 AnswerA: Thank you for contacting us regarding the Red Heart Sweetie Pie Dress. Let’s take a look at the Neck Shaping instructions below. Shape Neck: Ch 1, sc in first 10 sc; TURN. Dec 1 st at neck edge on next 5 rows – 5 sc.Work even until front measures same as right back. Fasten off. **NOTE: You just finished one side of the neck shaping and the next set of instructions are for the other side. The second side needs to mirror the first side for the neck to be symmetrical. This means you will need to work the decreases at the neck edge which will be at the end of the WS rows. With RS facing, skip center 13, (15, 17) sc, join yarn and sc in last 10 sc. Complete to correspond to first side. **NOTE: You may work the second half as the following: With RS facing, skip center 13, (15, 17) sc, join yarn and sc in last 10 sc. TURN. Dec 1 st at neck edge on next 5 rows – 5 sc.Work even until front measures same as right back. Fasten off. I hope this helps you finish the neck shaping. Please let us know if you need further assistance. We are always happy to help!
