Why we’re hiring 
We’re growing quickly and looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and oversee our partnerships program across the banking, fintech and broader technology ecosystem. You will have an opportunity to shape the partnerships strategy and culture from the start, and work very closely with clients and the CEO. It’s a proactive and super fast-paced setting, where you get to control impact and direction from the get-go.
 
What you’ll be doing 
As Strategic Partnerships Manager you will report to the CEO and will be tasked with developing our overall partnerships strategy. You will also build our reseller program. You will “own” the full partner relationship, from opportunity generation, pricing/structuring, and the legal contracting process and beyond. Once a partnership is signed you will work with the partner to drive utilization and success of the partnership.   
 
Specifically, you will:
- Work to ensure partner satisfaction by anticipating their needs and understanding the overall vision of their company.
- Source and sign new partners, and maintain existing relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for new and existing partners
- Design our onboarding process for fintech partners
- Maintain & negotiate commercial contracts & relationships
- Create pricing strategies, as needed
- Identify new revenue streams & opportunities to upsell existing partners
- Manage Ntropy roadmap discussions with news & existing partners 
 
Who we’re looking for 
Reporting to the CEO, we're looking for an ambitious, resourceful and results-oriented problem solver with at least 4 years of experience in a software or technology partnerships role. If you are comfortable with setting up your own process and being around type A-s that are work in progress, you will enjoy it here.
 
Additionally, you will have:
- Deep knowledge & proven track record in partnerships 
- Fintech or consumer financial services experience
- Experience working with product and engineering teams in a partnerships, program management or strategy / operations function
- Experience running complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives; demonstrated track record of multi-tasking and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholdersIntelligence, experience and passion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the desire to work in an external role. 
- Expertise in influencing internal and external partners by building trust and credibility; demonstrated ability to influence and foster deep positive relationships with external partners
