Barry Karch has always considered himself to be an unlikely Realtor, being a quiet, introverted person who is not &quot;salesy&quot; at all.  Yet, strangely enough, he has found these personal traits to be the keys to success in real estate.  Yes, being unsalesy is the key to sales success. Barry has been a Realtor for over 35 years and owns The Real Estate Power Houses, a residential real estate brokerage.  He has consistently sold 90-100 homes a year and now derives the majority of his business from repeat clients and referrals from them. If he can do it, you can too!  He has created The Real Estate UnSalesperson podcast and community to inspire and encourage his fellow unsalesy and introverted Realtors to success!
