About Cheri

Cheri Watchmaker is a lifelong animal lover and nature enthusiast from New England. After a 20-year career as a Professor of Communication Studies, her life took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Her diagnose led her to explore mindfulness and meditation as a means of coping with fear, stress, and anxiety. This transformative experience ignited her life's purpose, as she now dedicates herself to guiding others to foster their own connection with self. If you're seeking to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and happiness, Cheri is ready to lend an empathetic ear and share her journey towards mindful living.
