Radio announcer Abby Coleman accidentally sent her 90-year-old grandmother a sex toy for her 90th Birthday.

On Tuesday's episode of breakfast show Stav, Abby & Matt on B105 Brisbane, the stunning blonde revealed how the mortifying mishap took place.

'I wanted to send her flowers, she loves flowers, so I jumped online quickly. You know you can send them next day and I thought I'd send them early before she goes to church,' Abby, 37, said on-air.

'Now I had the kids around. So you know when you sort of do it quickly? I'm so good at online shopping. I can do it with one hand on the phone.

'They had lilies, beautiful lilies, she loves lilies, so 'click' and she also likes spritz… and they had that and I thought what a great little packet… so it was just flowers and these drinks. I didn't think much of it. Just ordered it,' she added.

While in a rush, Abby didn't realise she'd purchased a gift set which also included an adult toy.

The media star went on to explain she received a delivery notification which said 'batteries included.'

'I was so mortified that for my nanna's 90th, I have sent her a bunch of lilies and what can only be described as "The Surfer." I sent her an adult toy for her 90th!': On Tuesday's episode of breakfast show Stav, Abby & Matt on B105 Brisbane , the stunning blonde revealed how the mortifying mishap took place

'I thought, "Why are batteries included?" Now, why would batteries be included? I went in and just thought, "You must be joking,"' she continued.

At this stage, she began to worry and called her mother in a bid to stop the delivery process before her grandmother received it.

'I was so mortified that for my nanna's 90th, I have sent her a bunch of lilies and what can only be described as "The Surfer." I sent her an adult toy for her 90th!' she said.

As luck would have it, Abby called the company and organised to have the giftbox sent to her beloved grandmother, without the sex toy.

'So they reached out to their driver to see if they have anything else, and they'll deliver that and keep it for someone else. So someone else would have gotten that!"
