Happy Resurrection Sunday to those who celebrate! As entrepreneurs, we all can agree that sacrifice in pursuing value creation leads to a triumphant life. Moreover, the desired impact of the value created has a chance to transform the human experience. Discipline and a strong work ethic are the keys to value creation. Discipline builds a calm, cool, and collected character.  I am privileged to build a friendship with Kwame Ulmer. I've watched his contribution to MedTech for many years. He has charted the course for many, but especially the underserved. He operate as a beacon of hope. The most admirable traits about Kwame are that he is humble, collected, and an industrious Maverick. The journey is arduous, but please continue the great work, for you don't know whose life you're transforming on the other side. A special shout out to LSI for creating a community where everyone is welcomed and can promote the best version of themselves. I am looking forward to the new partnerships and friendships I make through LSI. As of now in our portfolio, one CEO is actively engaged in defending Israel (actually his role is to provide medical assistance). Another C-level founder is landing in two hours, flying from the US and leaving his two infants and wife behind to join the fighting. And a third CEO is flying tomorrow, also from the US, also leaving his family behind. All these companies have non-Israeli investors. And I’m not afraid to share this information. I actually have one thing to tell you, my fellow #VC colleagues – I’m CERTAIN these company will deliver eventually more than ever. The spirt of #Israelis in times of crisis is something that cannot be explained. The bonding. The brotherhood. Striving to do whatever it takes to win. These are the foundations that created the Startup Nation and now you are going to see them on steroids. And I have one simple request – support your companies. Providing wishes is important but this is the time to be there for your companies. Be there for the founders. Be there for their people.
