May I ask why this work will not be compensated ? In this day and age, we cant afford to ask people to work for no pay then tell them they're getting exposure. Also, what are the terms and conditions on intellectual property ?

I'm not sure it counts as "recruiting" if the positions are unpaid. Please make it clearer, ideally in the poster itself, that you are looking for voluntary work.

Really disappointed that these are unpaid roles - particularly for a human rights organisation... even interns or junior staff should be paid something for their time while they are gaining experience, otherwise it is just exploitative.

We need to stop putting the tag recruiting when we are looking for young people to once again work for free, I'm tired of that we are supposed to be the generation that changes things however nobody wants to pay us for our innovation and strive. If you want to be inclusive, then first of all create the conditions, instead of just encouraging diverse communities to apply.

Interesting job proposal but if it is unpaid it should be described as volunteering instead.

Even if the position is remote, the staff need to conduct online research to write the articles, workshops etc. So you are recruiting some one who will use his own cash to purchase internet and then dedicate 5 hours of his time for nothing ?

UNPAID??? This is such a wicked move from your so-called justice agenda. Insanity. You should be ashamed of yourself. Disgusting
