It's been a busy year at The Better Org - we've been supporting non profits and social impact organisations around the world build stronger and more authentic internal cultures so they can have stronger and more authentic external impact. There is a lot more to be done and lots of exciting opportunities on the horizon, and so we are looking for an Operations and Projects Associate to join the team. This is a core role, supporting the Founder & Principal Consultant with all elements of the business including client services, project management, research, comms, and admin. It's a remote part time role (16 -24 hours per week), with flexibility to choose your days/hours of work. It's a new role, so being offered on a 6 month contract initially, but with scope to extend.
