The Training For video series follows professional trail and ultra runners as they get ready for a big race. We follow each athlete on one of their biggest training days and do a key workout with them. We've followed Dylan Bowman as he trained for the Hardrock 100 in 2021, when he placed 2nd and became the fastest American to ever run the race. We've followed Rachel Drake as she prepared for OCC by UTMB, and Adam Merry as he prepared for the Western States 100, and became the first ever black man to win a golden ticket into this historic race.
