📢 A new user research gig with Chayn! We’re looking for a freelance user researcher to work with us on some projects. You will be working alongside our User Research lead. This is a great opportunity for a an empathic and skilled researcher with some experience in trauma-informed research to deepen their skills and work with Chayn. Given the breadth of our work with survivors from minoritised and marginalised backgrounds in the Global North and our work with survivors in the Global South, we have a strong preference for someone either based in Global South/Global Majority or with significance experience of working with these groups. ⚓ Location: Anywhere but strong preference for someone based in/from the Global South/Global Majority 💰 Salary: 200-400 GBP/day depending on experience 🗓️ Duration: 80 hours between July-Dec 2023 👤 Reporting to: Jenny Winfield, User Research Lead ⏲️ DEADLINE: As soon as position is filled We expect the work on this project to take place over two segments with the first being July-August and the latter one October-November. Across the two segments, you would be: - Recruiting for 20 user interviews - Conducting the interviews including live research - Analysing and synthesising interviews - Reporting back to internal team and external partners. We expect this to take approximately 80 hours.
