Ankit Patel I've seen countless carousels. Here's my observation - Carousels with 7-10 slides are the perfect length, lots of engagement - Carousels with 20+ slides are difficult to get through, less is more - Carousels that are easy to read are better than over-designed carousels, low production/high value
Your content game is next level Ankit
These are great ideas, Ankit Patel. Well done. I LOVE that carousel.
Love these ideas, Ankit🙂
I love that format! Thanks for the mention Ankit!
Sorry but your conclusion is not right. You can't just say that Carousels perform better than Text Only Posts, because it's simply not true. It depends on elements like: - how many slides - how many text - how strong is the hook - what is average dwell-time - what is the goal (a Text Only Post with a Personal Story performs often much better than a Carousel Post). And how much posts are 1,30,000 actually? 😉
Prediction: Carousels will see a serious dropoff in impression and engagment in 2024. It's pure UX rationale: Clicking the "see more" link and reading = simple UX Click a hard to see/click ">" 10+ times while looking at over-designed, grainy images = bad UX Eventually, users will grow tired of this and the algo will stop prioritizing them.
