In today’s world, constant distractions make it difficult to be present, while rising rates of anxiety and depression hinder our ability to enjoy life’s simple joys. Without the tools to achieve balance and presence, developing a spiritual connection and finding meaning in Judaism can feel overwhelming. The Kavana Project addresses this by providing accessible resources tailored to the Jewish community, fostering mindfulness and mental well-being while creating a deeper fulfillment of Judaism.
