Sonder Collective is seeking a Qualitative Researcher for a current project in Northern Nigeria. Professional background must be in social science research with experience working directly to collect and analyse research data within the domains of sexual reproductive health, maternal and child health, and/or gender equity. Key competencies required: *Research execution: Ability to lead in-depth, open-ended qualitative research interviews, while working with local language translators, as well as independently. *Post-research synthesis and facilitation: Ability to independently code research transcripts/audio according to a predetermined analytical framework. Individual must be comfortable synthesising research interviews and subsequently analysing the data to work collaboratively toward the development of usable insights/outputs. *Fluent in both English and Hausa languages. *Desire to collaborate: Openness to learning new approaches, thinking differently, and collaborating with teams across disciplines and cultures.
