Join us to discover five resources aimed at ensuring that no one is left behind, not in this crisis, not ever, including: 💥 An impact assessment of #COVID19 at the intersection of gender and disability 👍 A compendium of good practices by governments, service providers and civil society ✔️A Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (#SRHR) Checklist ✅A Gender-Based Violence (#GBV) Checklist ❓ A Know-Your-Rights (#KYR) Guide . . . We appreciate our partners, supporters, and colleagues, but we are particularly grateful to the women, girls and gender non-conforming persons with disabilities for sharing their experiences, guiding the research, and making room for us in their lives while surviving a global pandemic. We hope these resources, coupled with advocacy and action, will prove transformational. . . . 📅 Mark your calendars! ⏰ June 14, 10 am EDT 🌐 Register: bit.ly/COVID19WwD . . . 🌎 This Earth Day, we recognize the vital link between disability rights and climate change. People with disabilities experience distinct challenges from environmental impacts, and their insights are crucial for inclusive solutions. By centering disability rights in our discussions, we foster a more equitable, sustainable world. Climate change disproportionately affects marginalized communities at the intersection of gender and disability, exacerbating health issues and increasing vulnerability during natural disasters. Let's unite for inclusive climate action, honoring diversity and amplifying marginalized voices. #EarthDay #DisabilityRights #ClimateAction #Inclusion #Sustainability . . . . .
