Client Agreement: 1. I understand that no refunds will be granted after the payment has been made. 2. I understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined in medical terms. I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and I will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy. 3. I release Raashi Malhotra from all liabilities, claims, and responsibilities for my personal well-being and any effects before and/or after the service is complete. 4. I take full responsibility for my own actions and understand that Raashi offers guidance, but does not guarantee specific end-results. 5. I agree to be on time and know the meeting room will close within 10 minutes of starting time. 6. I agree to the above terms. I voluntarily make and grant this Waiver and Assumption of Risk in favour of Raashi Malhotra. I understand that by enrolling in this workshop I agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
