General Partner
Einar Vollset is a YC-alum, former Cornell CS Professor, and the founder of Discretion Capital, a B2B SaaS focused M&A investment bank. He sold his first startup to Google in 2010, and exited his most recent in 2016.

Tracy Osborn is a 500 Startups-alum and former startup founder. She’s the author of Hello Web Design, and she also writes and self-publishes friendly introductions to tech topics at Hello Web Books.

Xander Castro is an event producer with nearly 11 years of managing the nuts and bolts of a huge variety of events — including concerts, conferences, weddings, and meetups.

Alex McQuade has worked alongside hundreds of bootstrapped businesses, in addition to growing his own. He exited his business in 2020, and prior to that, ran operations at the Dynamite Circle.
