Hi, I’m Tom and this is a bit of my story…
My career journey started in pharmacy and then transitioned to management consulting with KPMG. Then I was in HR management roles for 6 years before going back to management consulting with Deloitte. Now I work as a sales enablement professional with a health technology company.
With each transition, I moved to a higher career level with significant increase in pay – sometimes as high as 150%. The progression also gave me the opportunity to work across different industries and geographies.
I developed this program to share from what I have learnt along my journey and the journey of other professionals I’ve been privileged to coach.
