A Place for Community, Learning, &

Liberation

Welcome

To the Shine Bright School

In committing to Black liberation, community is the key binding ingredient that can’t be missed. We thrive in community. Actively engaging in and building community is an act of reclamation. Especially because, we live in a society that teaches us to adopt individualism, which disconnects us from ourselves and others —our humanity. In building community, we can work to repair the harm that is done by believing that we’re alone or that we must handle and do things on our own. It helps us to heal, to grow and to do life feeling more seen, supported and connected.

Black Liberation is for Everybody

 Shine Bright School Featured Courses

We provide tools and support structures for members to begin, and deeply engage this journey. We call the work of anti-racism a ‘journey’ for good reason… it is a process and not an instant fix. This journey is one that we commit to and we will walk with our members for as long as they choose.

Pursue Black Liberation

At the Shine Bright School, we are committed to supporting folks in their Black Liberation journey by providing opportunities to learn, unlearn and take action in doing this work.

This course includes Black liberation shine class, a challenge workbook, a guide for parents, plus bonus extras. In addition this course includes two highly-rated additional shine class lessons: anti-racism 101 & 102 crash courses, inside-out framework, and unpacking my personal identity workbooks.
