Mindful Moment with The Bloom in London 🌸

🗣️ Hello, London! We are The Bloom a social impact newsletter, connecting diverse talent to impact-oriented jobs and educational resources all around the world. In an internet full of clutter, we make it simple for people to find access to valuable information that brings us happiness, positivity and challenges our systems 🤸‍♀️ Together with Fair Shot Cafe, a non-profit eatery in the heart of London, we are organising a gathering for mindful networking, where we'll have a collective reflection on triggers, conscious responses & embracing diversity

 🌈 📆 What to expect?
 18:00 doors open, drinks and nibbles available 18:30: event starts with a grounding meditation 18:40: sharing circle 19:40: open networking and more food and drinks What do you have to do? The only condition to join a Bloom gathering is to commit to form a relationship of reciprocity with a stranger at the event. We encourage plant-based networking, which is based on interconnection, reciprocity and taking the lead from a place of rootedness 🌱 ____________ The event will be moderated, to ensure a safe space for sharing to everyone. Elisa De Pasquale is a sustainability expert, a yoga teacher and an advisor to several social impact businesses, including The Bloom. She works with businesses and non-profit like Google, UNFCCC, BBC, IMG and the European Commission to bring a holistic approach to tackling the climate crisis. Valen Calanche is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Fair Shot Cafe, where she leads an Employment Programme for young adults with learning disabilities to include them in society after completing a year-long training. ___________________ The event is free and the venue is accessible, but we ask you to confirm your attendance through this link, and to let us know if you cannot attend anymore so that we can leave your space to someone else.
