Events and Communications Officer

 

Salary from £27,011 to £30,155 pa with potential to progress to £32,284 pa inclusive of London allowance.

 

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months.

 

The LSE School of Public Policy equips students with the skills and ideas to transform people and societies. We are an international community where ideas and practice meet, creating professionals with the ability to analyse, understand and resolve the challenges of contemporary governance.

 

We are now seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated Events and Communications Officer who will work across the Events, Communications and Alumni Relations (ECAR) Team. The ECAR team works across two LSE Departments: the School of Public Policy and the European Institute, and while the post-holder will initially focus on events of the School of Public Policy, some flexibility to work across both will be needed

 

The Events and Communications Officer will play a lead role in the management, organisation and promotion of a varied and highly prestigious schedule of events

 

The successful candidate will:

 

•           Have experience of organising events

•           Have the ability to plan and organise own workload

•           Work well as part of a team with a flexible approach

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised administrator to join a busy and friendly team.
