In April 2021, I packed my nine years of a Boston-based life into a storage unit and began traveling the United States to train and compete semi-professionally in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In June 2021, I gave my notice from a steady, full-time gig in the tech industry to dedicate my best writing to something other than slack messages and PowerPoint presentations. I couldn't tell you exactly what's coming next other than this--a lot of writing. &quot;Writing about what?&quot; you might wonder. <ul><li>About chasing your dreams when everyone tells you you're foolish to do so.</li><li>About leaving the tech industry and charting a new path as a creative professional.</li><li>About the pursuit of mastery--explored through athletics, music, literature, art, and other media.</li><li>About the blood, sweat, tears--and smiles--on the way to achieve my personal best as an author and athlete.</li><li>About the fanatic, peculiar, and fascinating world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling martial arts. </li><li>About whatever else comes to mind.
