Marinated chicken thighs a few hrs before grilling. Turned out delicious!

I ordered 2 packets of this sauce. The first time I used it, I wanted a quick and easy dinner so I tossed the sauce with some chicken, threw it on a baking sheet and cooked it in the oven. It came out gray, looked super unappetizing and wasn’t flavorful. For the second packet, I marinated the chicken for at least 9 hours and used my cast iron skillet to get a browned crust on both sides of the chicken then baked it for the remainder of the time. The 2nd time it was better but still not as flavorful as I’d hoped.

Marinated shredded chicken! Had cooked with mango slaw salad.

I’m glad that I added extra seasonings to my jerk chicken wings to this mix before baking. It just wasn’t flavorful on its own.

I love the peruvian flavor so much more but this one was also good
