We are Fine Acts – a global nonprofit creative studio for social impact. We develop effective solutions on the intersection of human rights, art, tech and science, that make people care and act. We believe in the power of creative multidisciplinary play. Some of our recent projects include Artists for Countdown – a collaboration with TED that created 10 public artworks on the topic of climate change in 10 cities around the world; the international creative challenge Reimagining Human Rights; Postcards from Forever – a postcard writing campaign targeting anti-Black racism; and The Greats – a unique online platform for free socially engaged visuals by leading global illustrators and designers.

We are looking for a full-time

Creative Producer

who will be responsible for:
- creating and implementing ideas, concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects, as well as for producing and overseeing them to completion
- development of ideas built on cultural insights and scientific research
- leading brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas
- writing well-crafted copy
- producing powerful presentations
- monitoring results and proposing actions for the future.

You should:
- be a powerful creative mind who can generate original ideas and compelling narratives
- have understanding of different mediums of artistic practice and can work across a variety of environments (digital, social, video and print)
- not only talk the talk, but walk the walk – be equally good in both crafting a brilliant concept, and doing the work necessary to produce it
- have sensitivity towards a wide range of social issues
- have background in art production, design or advertising
- have hands-on experience in creative processes and brand development
- have working knowledge of graphic design software
- have project management skills
- have budgeting skills and good financial culture in the context of a company or an organisation
- be a great and reliable team player.

We are based in Sofia and while we accommodate partial remote work, we prefer if you are based in Sofia too.
