We have cracked the Carousel format for better reach. We present you "The anatomy of the Perfect Carousel Post" (*) 👇 1. Around 12 slides (Check!) 2. 25-50 words per slide (Nailed it!) 3. Keep post guidance under 500 characters (Spot on!) 4. Design in line with your brand, max 3 colors, and go vertical (Got it!) 5. Save personal stories for how-to carousels (Here it is!) 6. Mix with other content for a winning combo (Done that!) 7. Morning posting for the win (My favourite part of the day!) (*) This post is part of our algorithm research 2024. ADDITIONAL TIP: Carousel Posts with a selfie on the first Page get up to 20% more comments! I guess we missed that one ourselves!

Puh - I'm very skeptical about Carousel Posts. YES they tend to get the message out there. YES they build up Trust in your competence. BUT they take so much time. Especially if you want to make them good. Excellent or they backfire at your brand. As a Content creator - go for it. As an Entrepreneur with a lot of shit to do - you might consider going for faster ways to build trust with your Costumers

All I can say is please no more than 20 or 25 or so regardless of what the post is about I’ve seen some with 30,40,50 and even 80. I don’t see the benefit to that. It’s similar IMO to writing text posts here that are really long.

I moved away from carousels 3 weeks ago. All my content now is text-based with images involved sometimes. Will dive into them again in 2024. Following the anatomy you presented here. Let's see how it goes Richard van der Blom

Spot on. Incorporating personal stories cleverly into how-to carousels can resonate with the audience is a great approach to consider in my next Carousel work. This is great strategy 🌟👍
