May Day at Cornerstone

Looking for a fun family outing that costs nothing? Join us on Saturday, May 4th from 10:00AM-2:00PM for a community fun day to celebrate spring.
We want to get to know the surrounding community, so please come, join us for an open house, hot dogs, games, snacks, coffee bar, yoga, rock painting and more.
New additions: a "carpenter shop" with woodshop demonstrations, search for pennies, construction site demo, and a hay ride.
Work Day!
The men of our church have scheduled a community work day for Saturday, May 18th. If you are interested in joining this group for some light to medium labor, email the church for additional details. edentoncornerstone@gmail.com

Occurring each third Tuesday of the month women of all ages are called to gather at Cornerstone Church. This stress free time together requires that you simply come just as you are. Each is encouraged to bring something they enjoy doing (needle-point, deck of cards, sketch-pad, backgammon, musical instrument, or simply a joke to tell). We will spend time in a serene space simply being sisters in Christ to each other.
During our March meeting, we shelled pecans while we chatted and got to know one another. Bring a friend and let the sweet moments begin!
Cornerstone Church is located on 617 Soundside Rd, Edenton (near the airport).

The men of our church are preparing a dinner of roast beef, baked potato, and salad. Sign up by completing our contact form or email the church at edentoncornerstone@gmail.com
Dinner begins at 6:00PM followed by a special Ash Wednesday service at 7:00PM. All are welcome. There is no charge for the dinner If you feel led to donate for the meal, simply leave a donation in the offering plate during the service.
