Transitions traumatize us as children and, because we don’t learn the tools to handle them well, they continue to cause us significant stress as adults.

Self-doubt, discomfort, and anxiety are part of transitions. Most of us try to muscle through them. We default to old patterns, push, and look to others to show us the “right way.”

Our natural tendency in the face of discomfort is to react from a place of fear and “shoulds.”

We do more and “recreate busy”.

These tendencies do not help us create a life of alignment, peace, purpose, and passion.

Awareness allows us to respond differently, and move forward with intention and more ease.

Community gifts us a sense of belonging, support and calm.

The WHY of Transition Well


I began a significant life pivot about 6 years ago. I let go of very golden handcuffs and ultimately created an aligned and flourishing business.

At the same time, I successfully launched two of my three sons.

My transition wasn’t easy.

It could have been much more “well.”

I learned secrets, tools, and strategies along the way that would have made it much more easeful.

This group is designed to share those tools with you.

How you manage a transition is key to whether it turns out “well.”

“Relaxing in” is critical - and is much easier with support.

The only support I was able to find during my own transition added to my anxiety, fear, and scarcity mindset.

I could not find anything designed to support a mindful, intentional, authentic, and aligned path forward.
